Excel Formula Generator

Describe the Excel result you need, add the known columns or cells, and let the shared local AI propose structured formula candidates. Every candidate is parsed and checked locally before you can copy it.

Files, prompts, and results stay in this browser. Browser storage can still be cleared by you, private mode, or browser cleanup.
Formula context stays in your browser

Requirements, column context, model output, validation results, and sessions are processed locally. They are not sent to a server or included in analytics.

Current limitations
  • The validator supports an explicit safe subset of common Excel functions and blocks unknown or external workbook references.
  • A valid formula can still express the wrong business rule, so you must review cell references and test it on representative rows.
  • Named ranges, macros, dynamic arrays, locale-specific function names, and several advanced Excel functions are outside the current subset.
  • The local model may need a one-time versioned download; weights are normally reused after refresh while browser storage remains available.

How the Excel formula generator works

1

Describe the requirement

Provide the desired result, exact column or cell context, argument separator, and any important examples.

2

Generate structured candidates

The global local model returns a small JSON candidate list rather than unrestricted text or executable code.

3

Validate before copying

The deterministic parser blocks malformed, unsupported, external, or DDE-style formulas and displays every warning.
