Workbook bytes, formulas, cached values, dependency graphs, findings, saved sessions, and exports stay in your browser and are excluded from BaseToolbox analytics.

Current limitations
  • Only modern XLSX is supported; legacy .xls, password protection, macros, Power Query, and external data refresh are not executed.
  • The formula parser covers a constrained Excel-compatible subset and reports unsupported names or functions instead of guessing.
  • Cached values may be stale because the audit does not reproduce desktop Excel's calculation engine.
  • Browser storage may be cleared or reclaimed, and private browsing may not preserve the workbook or report.

Normalize relative formula shapes, inspect hard-coded gaps, map cell dependencies, and detect cycles.
