Current limitations
  • Ratings outside the integer 1–5 scale are reported as invalid and excluded from averages.
  • AI themes are qualitative summaries of a bounded set of supplied excerpts, not statistically inferred sentiment scores.
  • The tool does not identify reviewers, infer demographics, or verify whether a review is authentic.
  • Clearing site data, private browsing, or browser storage eviction can remove saved files, sessions, and model weights.
