The first pass extracts notes from one bounded source segment at a time. The final report may use only those notes, and every section must cite one or more real saved source IDs.

Q: Can it generate financial or incident conclusions?

It can structure explicit source material, but it cannot calculate missing metrics or determine unsupported causes, liability, compliance, or recommendations. Missing inputs must stay visible.

Q: Will refreshing redownload the model?

Normally no. Verified weights are cached by immutable version and reused after refresh; the in-memory model instance and report context are rebuilt locally.
