Amazon Settlement Report Analyzer

Reconcile signed amount rows from Amazon's current Flat File V2 Settlement Report. The browser sums actual amount, amount-type, and amount-description fields without guessing fee classifications or rates.

Saved sessions

Drop an Amazon Flat File V2 Settlement CSV or TSV here

The legacy XML and pre-V2 Flat File layouts are outside this adapter.

Private Amazon reconciliation

Settlement rows, mappings, signed totals, saved sessions, and exports remain in your browser and are excluded from BaseToolbox analytics.

Current limitations
  • Only GET_V2_SETTLEMENT_REPORT_DATA_FLAT_FILE_V2 is supported; the legacy XML and older Flat File layouts are deliberately excluded.
  • The adapter sums signed amount values but does not reinterpret arbitrary amount descriptions as universal accounting categories.
  • No Amazon fee rate, tax rule, reserve release, refund policy, exchange rate, or marketplace-specific accounting treatment is inferred.
  • Amazon report documentation can change. Review the visible official source, scope, version, locale, and checked date before accounting use.

How Amazon settlement reconciliation works

1

Import the current V2 flat file

The browser parses CSV or tab-delimited rows and suggests the streamlined V2 amount columns.

2

Sum signed actual amounts

A decimal engine separates currencies and totals the exported signs by amount type and description.

3

Review labels and export

Inspect net signed activity, exact report labels, invalid values, adapter scope, and downloadable reconciliation.
